Try eating tinned prunes for breakfast or syrup of figs. Drink plenty of water and put fennel seeds in your tea. Aloe vera juice is good for softening stools and eat plenty of green leafy veg.

Constipation can be caused by several different things and so there are many different answers. If you’re looking for short term relief, prunes or grapejuice may work.
If you have chronic constipation it may be…
    1. Dietary, make sure you’re eating at least some healthy food every day. And take vitamins
    2. Candida, get at least 10 billion cells of probiotics/ day. I like Cutlturelle from Wal Greens
    3. Lack of fiber, add a fiber source but if that doesn’t help, stop taking it. Fiber can make you constipated if you have too much.
    4. Parasites, do a colon cleanse with natural parasite killers.
    5. If you choose NOT to change your diet and diet is the problem, you can get things moving by taking magnesium supplements. Start with a low dose and up it every day untill you go. When you do go, stay at the dose you’re at and take it every day. If you’re stools are too loose or you’re going too often, lower the dose.

DON’T live with constipation. It’s very bad for you. You need to get that waste out of your body. If not, you’re a breeding ground for all sorts of health issues.

    Good luck

Two teaspoons of salt in a quart of water will work for an acute situation. If it’s a long term problem, high doses of magnesium or vitamin C works wonders and won’t harm the colon.

Eating lots of fruits, yogurt(if u find it,go for yogurt with enzymes that help your digestion) if it’s something temporary
If it’s something that’s been going on for some time now,try eating every day, before u eat your breakfast,a tea spoon of honey
If this doesn’t work, you should definitely go to the doctor
