I am reading the, "Pain Free In 6 Weeks", by Sherry Rogers and am trying the nightshades diet. You have to eliminated all hydrogenated oils and all tomato and potato products, along with peppers, cayenne pepper, and paprika. I’ve been on it for one week for my chronic achilles tendonitis, among other things, and so far no luck. I just reinjured my ankles, possibly sprained them, two days ago.
