Arthritis pain and natural remedies?...

I have arthritis in my fingers and tendinitis in my wrists. I used to be on naproxyn but no longer take any meds for it(I don’t like to take medicine). My fingers are killing me and they’re so stiff tonight. I’m only 20 and I’m so tired of having to deal with the pain and discomfort of the arthritis. Does anyone know of any natural or homeopathic ways that lesson the pain or stiffness? Any foods or any tips at all would be appreciated....
