I am taking Gabapentin (300mg) 3 times a day for the pain right now, but it does not help! I am in pain all day with the burning feeling as well pain. Is there anything that I can take OTC or any natural remedies that will help with the pain and allow me to enjoy playing with my kids again? Thank You! I am also taking tramadol at bedtime. And Advil thoughout the day. Neither truly helps...
