Arthritis pain and natural remedies?...

I have arthritis in my fingers and tendinitis in my wrists. I used to be on naproxyn but no longer take any meds for it(I don’t like to take medicine). My fingers are killing me and they’re so stiff tonight. I’m only 20 and I’m so tired of having to deal with the pain and discomfort of the arthritis. I have had chronic back pain for the past year. From the research I have done their is pretty much only 2 options: pain management or surgery. The later is only recommended if NOTHING else works. I want to try treating my back pain more efficietly with over the counter meds…but to do this I need to determine if I am having muscle, nerve, or bone pain. Can you offer any input?
