I’ve been having problems for a long time with shoulder pain, and it has gotten worse. I am now convinced that there is a pinched nerve in my shoulder, which is causing nerve pain from the shoulder all the way to my fingertips. My hand keeps going numb, and the pain is unbearable. About a year and half ago I had two herniated discs in my low back (really at the top of my butt) and the chiro worked for a little while and then I stopped going and it got better, tolerable. However, nerve pain and numbness has not gone away. As I’m writing this I’m having dull, numbing, slight pain running through my left leg. The bottom of my foot and toes are tingly and thick feeling.
