Husband has 2 herniated and one bludging disc. He has known about this for 15 years. It flaired up about 3 weeks ago. His Dr. gave him anti-imfamitories, pain killers then refered him to spine specialists, no appintment yet. Has MRI 15 years ago showed the disc problems. My mom is a diabetic and has alot of pain in her feet. She has a sit down job, but her feet hurt her all the time. Her doctor has her on a medicine called Neurotin, but she can only take it at night because she gets so sleepy on it. I know that if she had a better diet it would help her. I also tell her to walk on the treadmill thinking that maybe getting some bloodflow to her feet will help her, but she says that makes them hurt worse and she can barely walk from the driveway to her front door. Other than pain killers which i seem to be immune to, what are the best ways to get rid of period pains? I have very irregular periods lately, ranging from 6-10 days late. Which makes the pains 10 times worse. I refuse to go on the pill as many people including myself believe it reduces fertility later on. Please help me, i am in excruciating...

Period Pain?...

I get really bad period pain, so bad that I sometimes cry because the pain is unbearable.I get sharp jabbing pains in my lower abdomen continuing down to my bum, its so painful I can’t stand up and sometimes when i see the blood I start vomiting. Moreover my period takes a really long time (8 to 9 days) I’m not a fan of pain killers. Is this normal/what should I do? ( between I’ll be turning 16 after 3months)…. No i just feel the pain for about the first 4...
