I am a professional guitar player and use Menastil on the ends of my fingers.  They don’t hurt when I play for several hours at a time now!

Menastil® works best for me when I put it on right after a warm shower. The peppermint scent is a bit strong for my liking. However, after my pain subsides, I wash Menastil® off and the scent disappears.
